In session, we will work together using a variety of different techniques and methods to instill self-understanding and encourage you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. Therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment. But in the end, making small changes to self-defeating behavior and coping with feelings of sadness, fear, and pain can allow us to create a life we enjoy.

I am trained as a psychodynamic therapist so I focus on creating a safe space and working with what you bring into session. I also utilize a variety of different techniques from theories such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
